"I ordered from Pro Sports and just needed..."
I ordered from Pro Sports and just needed a quick update about my delivery, but getting a straight answer felt way harder than it should have. Customer service took ages to get back to me, and when they finally did, the reply was vague. It did get sorted eventually, but if a company takes your money, the least they can do is communicate properly. Not the worst experience, but definitely frustrating.

"Feels legit, but I’m still a little unsure"
I ordered a jersey from prosportsdirect.net, i was excited when it showed up in decent time. The shirt itself looks real to me — the stitching feels solid, the badge looks good, and overall it gave me that happy “okay, this might be a win” feeling.
That said, I did feel a bit uneasy because the packaging was really plain, and the tags looked slightly different from ones I’ve bought in-store before. I don’t want to say it’s fake because it really doesn’t look bad, but I’m not 100% confident either. For the price, I’m not upset, but I’d definitely feel better if there was clearer proof of authenticity next time

"Return went through, but the process dragged on"
I ordered the wrong size and had to send it back. The return did get accepted, but the whole thing felt slower than it needed to be. My refund took almost two weeks, which was longer than I expected. Customer service did respond eventually, but not very quickly, and I wasn’t always clear on what the next step was or when I’d hear back. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it could definitely be smoother and more straightforward.

The shipping was way slower than I expected, like, I went days without any updates at all. It got frustrating, and by the time it finally showed up, it just didn’t feel worth the wait.

I tried to buy some gear, but the website made it way harder than it needed to be. Pages were loading slowly, the filters kept resetting on me, and checking what sizes were available felt like a chore. Checkout on my phone was clunky too, and after a while I just gave up. It kind of felt like the whole experience was brushing me off instead of helping me shop. The site really needs to be easier to use

"They never have my size"
Every time I check, my size is out of stock. What makes it more frustrating is that I keep getting inconsistent answers about when it’ll be available again. One person says it’s coming soon, another says they have no idea. It’s just annoying at this point.

"Box showed up beat up"
I ordered a pair of training shorts and they did get here on time, which was nice. No complaints on the shipping speed at all.
But then I picked up the package and, wow, different story. The outer bag was ripped down one side, and the shorts were just floating around inside with no extra wrapping or anything. It looked like the package had been through a tiny disaster movie.
The shorts themselves seem fine so far, so I guess that’s the important part. Still, for the price, I expected them to be packed with a little more care. I’m not totally sure I’d order again if this is how stuff usually shows up.

"Not sure it’ll hold up"
I’ve only used it for two games, but the stitching is already starting to come loose. Maybe I just got a bad one, but it definitely doesn’t seem like the quality is great.

"Got the wrong top"
I ordered a medium training top. Sure I picked the right color too. Then the package showed up and... nope. It was a large, and a totally different color. Delivery itself was fine, no real issue there. Just annoying because now I’ve got to deal with returning it or sorting it out when it should’ve been simple.

"Way too expensive for what it is"
I just don’t think it’s worth the price. For what you actually get, it feels way too expensive, way too expensive. I expected a lot more for the money.

"Sizing was way off"
I ordered my usual size, but it ended up being much tighter than I expected. I checked the size chart before buying, but it didn’t really help. Shipping was fine, but now I have to deal with returning it, which is frustrating. I also reached out about it and kind of felt like nobody actually read what I wrote
